Benjamin J. Bertaccini is an entrepenure and professional recruiter with over a decade of experience in recruiting and nearly two decades of experience in Business Development and Account Management. He was born on the island of Manhattan in 1987, spent the first five years of his life in the Big Apple and was raised in northern Westchester. He got his B.A. on Long Island at Stony Brook University and now spends his time between NYC, where he lives, and the historic Hudson Valley, where he was raised.

He started his sales career humbly at Vector Marketing selling CutCo knives as he earned his Associate's Degree, eager to learn about sales, often saying it was “in his blood” since his father sold Real Estate and his grandfather sold Equities. While finishing his Bachelor’s Degree at Stony Brook he worked for RuffaloCody at the University Telefund, securing vital donations from alumni and parents of current students. He expanded his sales and marketing experience at Power Home Remodeling Group and, after graduating with a degree in Philosophy, spent some time working in finance for the largest independent Advisory firm in the nation at the time, A.G. Morgan. From there he spent a brief period selling credit processing services and Merchant Cash Advances before landing at his first recruiting agency, OperationIT. He left OperationIT during the pandemic, as so many businesses struggled during that time, but quickly landed on his feet with a recruiting contract at Consensus Cloud Solutions, Inc. and then picked up another contract with Capgemini, where he continued to learn about various models in recruiting and management. In 2023 he picked up his first Director level role at a small firm in White Plains, NY, Next Level Solutions, where the Owner mentored him, grew his skillset, and gave him the confidence to open up his own Agency.

In June of 2024 he founded "Personnel Solutions & Logistics" and co-founded its holding company, "Mansfield Enterprises." When he isn’t working he likes to continue his studies in Philosophy and the Arts & Sciences. He is an avid reader, a student of life and a good friend to many. His work ethic, dedication, and empathy are unparalleled.
